This topic describes how to subscribe to project messages.
Background information
Only organization admins and project admins can configure project message subscription. Currently, you can subscribe to notifications about changes in project accounts and fees. Make sure that the recipient's message channel is working properly.
Procedure
You can manage recipients and configure message subscription to subscribe to project messages.
Manage recipients
Log in to the OceanBase Cloud console.
In the upper-left corner of the console, select the target project from the drop-down list, and click the Gear button next to the drop-down list to go to the project management page.
On the project management page, click the Project Message Subscription tab.
Click Recipient Management on the right.
On the recipient management page of the project management page, click Add Recipient.
In the Add Message Recipient dialog box, enter the recipient name and verify the message channel, and click OK.
After the recipient is added, you can view the recipient information on the recipient management page and edit or delete the recipient.
Configure message subscription
On the project management page, click the Project Message Subscription tab.
Click the edit button in the Recipients column of the target message type.
Alternatively, you can select the target message types and click Batch Set Recipients.
In the Set Recipients dialog box, select the target recipients and click OK.
After the recipients are added, select Email in the list.
