View the instance list
After you log in to the OceanBase Cloud console, click Instances in the left-side navigation pane to go to the instance list page.
Click Create Instance in the upper-right corner to purchase a Flagship Edition instance. For more information, see Create an instance.
Click View Instance Recycle Bin to open the recycle bin and manage released instances. For more information, see Instance recycle bin.
Click Filter to filter instances by Instance Type, Storage Architecture, Version, Cloud Vendor, Region, Status, and Tag. You can also enter an instance name, instance ID, tenant name, or tenant ID in the search box and click the search icon to find the target instance.
The instance list displays basic information about each instance, including instance name/ID, creation time, instance type (workload, storage architecture, and database version), resource usage, region, billing method, status, and more.
ParameterDescriptionInstance Name/ID Displays the instance name, creation time, and related information. Click an instance name to go to the corresponding workbench. Click a cluster instance name to open the cluster instance details page. For more information, see Instance workbench overview. Tag Add or modify tags as needed and manage resources by tag. Instance Type Shows the purchased instance type (for example, Cluster instance). For a cluster instance, the row typically shows the workload type (for example, transactional), Storage Architecture (for example, shared-nothing), and database Version (for example, v4.4.2) in the same area. You can also use the top filters to filter by storage architecture, version, and other attributes. Resources Shows specifications and usage such as CPU, memory, and storage (for example, used/total or quota). To change cluster specifications, see Change instance configuration. Cloud Vendor (Region) The cloud vendor and region selected at purchase. Billing Method The billing method for the instance, such as subscription or pay-as-you-go. For more information, see Instance billing. Status The instance status. When an instance is being created, hover over the progress ring on the right to view creation progress and the estimated completion time. Actions Cluster instance: Click the More icon in the Actions column to change configuration, create a tenant, release the instance, stop the instance, or view configuration change history. Click the expand icon to the left of a cluster instance to view the tenant list under that cluster. Each tenant row shows tenant specifications and runtime metrics (such as TPS, QPS, Sessions, and Storage Used). The tenant row provides a Connect button (with a drop-down list) for quick access to connection methods. Click the More icon in the tenant Actions column to perform operations in the following order: Create Account, Create Database, Import Sample Data, Import Data File, Migrate Data In, Edit Name, Change Specification, Change Primary Zone, and Delete. For more information, see Create an account, Tenant workbench, Connect to a database, Log in to the SQL console, Migrate data in, Edit tenant name, Modify tenant, Change primary zone, and Delete a tenant.
