During the full migration or incremental synchronization step of a data migration task, you can use the intelligent diagnosis feature to diagnose and optimize the performance of these processes. It can also diagnose exceptional scenarios such as failed DML/DDL operations at the target.
Limitations
Intelligent diagnosis is supported when a data migration task includes a Full Migration or Incremental Synchronization step, and the task or step is in the Running, Failed, Stopped, or Monitoring state.
Access the data migration task details Page
Log in to the OceanBase Cloud console.
In the left navigation pane, click Data Services > Migrations.
On the Migrations page, click the target task to go to its details page.
Full migration performance diagnosis
On the data migration task details page, click Full Migration > Full Migration Performance.
On the Full Migration Performance tab, click Intelligent Diagnosis in the upper-right corner.
If you access the Full Migration Performance tab for the first time, the Can the full migration be accelerated? dialog box appears, recommending AI-powered intelligent diagnosis. Click Try Now. When diagnosis is triggered for the first time, a Note is displayed. After confirmation, click Continue to Use.
Wait for the intelligent diagnosis to complete, which takes approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
After intelligent diagnosis completes, one of the following three diagnosis results appears:
No issues detected: Indicates no optimization opportunities were found. Contact technical support.
Issues detected: Displays the problems, details, and solutions. You can perform optimizations as prompted.
If intelligent optimization is recommended, you can click Intelligent Optimization. In the Are you sure you want to authorize automatic optimization? dialog box, confirm the prompt information and then click Authorize and Optimize to have the optimization performed automatically.
Exception diagnosis: An exception occurred during the diagnosis process. Retry is supported.
Incremental synchronization performance diagnosis
On the data migration task details page, click Incremental Synchronization > Synchronization Performance.
On the Synchronization Performance tab, click Intelligent Diagnosis in the upper-right corner.
If you access the Synchronization Performance tab for the first time, the High incremental sync latency? dialog box appears, recommending AI-powered intelligent diagnosis. Click Try Now. When diagnosis is triggered for the first time, a Note is displayed. After confirmation, click Continue to Use.
Wait for the intelligent diagnosis to complete, which takes approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
After the intelligent diagnosis is complete, one of the following three diagnosis results will be displayed.

Exceptional scenario diagnosis
For exceptional scenarios where an error occurs during the execution of a data migration task, you can perform the following operations.
On the data migration task details page, click Intelligent Diagnosis in the upper-right corner of the displayed error code area.
Wait for the intelligent diagnosis to complete.
If you close it during the intelligent diagnosis, the diagnosis result will not be saved. To view it, you need to initiate intelligent diagnosis again and wait.
After the intelligent diagnosis is complete, one of the following three diagnosis results will be displayed.
No optimization suggestions: Indicates that no optimization opportunities were found. Please contact technical support.
Optimization suggestions: Optimization Suggestions are displayed below the error code area. Please review them and optimize as appropriate.
Intelligent diagnosis exception: An exception occurred during the diagnosis process. Retry is supported.
