On the primary-standby instance workspace, you can view basic information, resource capacity, performance metrics, and the deployment topology of the instances.
Procedure
Log in to the OceanBase Cloud console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Instances.
In the instance list, find the target instance and click its cluster name to enter the workspace.
Click Create Tenant in the upper-right corner to create a tenant for the primary instance.
Click the More icon in the upper-right corner to perform operations on the primary instance, such as creating a standby instance, changing the configuration, viewing the configuration change history, stopping the instance, and releasing the instance.
Click the More icon in the upper-right corner to perform operations on the standby instance, such as switching it to the primary instance, changing the configuration, viewing the configuration change history, and releasing the instance. In the Basic Information section, you can view the instance type, region, cloud provider, OceanBase Database version, deployment mode, CPU, memory, storage capacity, and other basic information.
ParameterDescriptionType The type of the current cluster instance. Region The region to which the current cluster instance belongs. Cloud Provider The cloud provider of the current cluster instance. OceanBase Database Version The OceanBase Database version of the current cluster instance. Deployment Mode The deployment mode of the current cluster instance. Creation Time The creation time of the current cluster instance. Storage Type The storage type of the current cluster instance. Nodes The number of nodes in the current cluster instance. Zone The zone of the current cluster instance. Major Compaction The daily major compaction time of the current cluster instance. Click Actions next to the major compaction time to initiate a major compaction or change the scheduled time. Tenant Resource Isolation The resource isolation status of the current cluster instance. You can enable or disable tenant resource isolation. Primary-Standby Synchronization Strategy The data synchronization strategy of the current primary-standby instance pair. This field displays the configured tenant parameter template type. Click Actions to view or modify the primary-standby synchronization strategy. For details, see Configure a primary-standby synchronization strategy. In the Performance Monitoring section, you can view the QPS, TPS, and average SQL statement processing time of the current instance. Click View All to view more monitoring information. For details, see Cluster database performance monitoring.
Monitoring ItemMonitoring Metric NameDescriptionQPS sql_all_count The number of SQL statements processed per second, unit: time/s. TPS transaction_count The number of transactions processed per second, unit: time/s. Average SQL statement processing time sql_all_rt The average processing time of SQL statements, unit: ms. In the Data Latency section, view the data latency between the primary-standby instances.
In the Topology Diagram section, view the deployment topology of the current instance.
- Click Enable Automatic Storage Expansion in the upper-right corner to enable automatic storage expansion. For details, see Enable automatic storage expansion.
- Click Modify Configuration in the upper-right corner to adjust the nodes, compute specifications, and storage resources of the instance. For details, see Modify the configuration of a cluster instance.
