Manage data validation tasks with tags

After creating data validation tasks, you can use the tag feature to manage and quickly filter the tasks. This topic describes how to manage data validation tasks in OceanBase Cloud using tags.

Limitations

• You can add up to 20 tags for each data validation task.

• The name of a tag created by the same user must be unique.

Create a tag

1. Log in to the OceanBase Cloud console.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, select Data Services > Data Validation.

3. On the Data Validation page, hover the pointer over the Tags icon under the target task and click Add Tag.

4. In the Add Tag dialog box, click Create Tag.

5. In the Add Tag dialog box, enter the values of Tag Key and Tag Value.

   Notice

   The length of the tag key must be 1~128 characters. The length of the tag value must be between 1~256 characters.

   If you want to create another tag, click Add. If you want to delete a tag, click the Delete icon next to the target tag.

6. After the tag is created, click OK.

Add a tag

1. Log in to the OceanBase Cloud console.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, select Data Services > Data Validation.

3. On the Data Validation page, hover the pointer over the Tags icon under the target task and click Add Tag.

4. In the Add Tag dialog box, select the tag key and tag value from the drop-down list.

   Notice

   You can select only one tag value for the same tag key.

5. Click OK.

Modify a tag

1. Log in to the OceanBase Cloud console.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, select Data Services > Data Validation.

3. On the Data Validation page, hover the pointer over the Tags icon under the target task and click Edit.

4. In the Edit Tag dialog box, click the X icon next to the tag that you want to delete, and then select the tag key and tag value from the drop-down list.

5. Click OK.

Delete a tag

1. Log in to the OceanBase Cloud console.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, select Data Services > DataValidation.

3. On the DataValidation page, hover the pointer over the Tag icon of the target task and click Edit.

4. In the Edit Tag dialog box, click the X icon next to the tag that you want to delete.

5. After the tag is deleted, click OK.
