Manage cloud marketplace accounts

This topic describes how to view information about cloud marketplace accounts that are linked to an OceanBase Cloud account.

Log in to the console by using a third-party account

You can log in to the console by using a third-party account.

Link a third-party account

You can log in to the console by using a Google or Microsoft account. The following example uses a Google account.

1. Go to the OceanBase Cloud console.

2. Click the account type that you want to use.

   

3. On the Google login page that appears, enter the account and password.

4. In the dialog box that appears, view the linking information and click OK.

5. Log in to the OceanBase Cloud account that you want to link.

6. Wait for the linking to complete.

Unlink a third-party account

1. Log in to the OceanBase Cloud console.

2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click the icon and select User Preferences.

3. In the left-side navigation pane, click Linked Accounts to view the information about the third-party account that is linked to the current account.

4. Click the Unlink button of the target third-party account.

5. In the dialog box that appears, confirm to unlink.

Manage cloud marketplace accounts

OceanBase Cloud allows you to purchase OceanBase Database instances from the marketplaces of different cloud vendors. You can view information about your accounts in the cloud marketplace account management section.

Link a cloud marketplace account

The following example describes how to link an Alibaba Cloud account:

1. Log in to Alibaba Cloud Marketplace > My Software Subscription.

2. Find the OceanBase Database instance and click the Auto Login button.

3. You are redirect to the OceanBase Cloud login page. Log in with your account and password.

4. In the confirmation dialog box that appears, click Link.

5. After the linking is successful, you can log in to the OceanBase Cloud console through the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace. You can view the linking status in the User Preferences > Linked Accounts section on the OceanBase Cloud console.

   Note

   If your OceanBase Cloud account has not bound to a mobile number, you must bind a mobile number before logging in to the OceanBase Cloud console through the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace.

View cloud marketplace accounts

1. Log in to the OceanBase Cloud console.

2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click the icon and select User Preferences.

3. In the left-side navigation pane, click Linked Accounts to view information about the linked cloud marketplace accounts.

Unlink a cloud marketplace account

1. In the left-side navigation pane, click Linked Accounts.

2. In the Actions column of the Alibaba Cloud account, click Unlink.

3. In the Unlink interface, check the information. Enter Unlink and Delete Organization and click Unlink and Delete.
