Initiate one-click diagnostics

With the one-click diagnostics feature, you can quickly view the performance status of a cluster within the specified time period, including: whether exceptions occur, real-time diagnostics results, optimization suggestions, capacity status, security management status, etc.

Procedure

1. Log in to the OceanBase Cloud console.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Instances.

3. In the instance list, find the target instance, click the instance name, and go to the Overview page of the instance.

4. In the left-side navigation pane, click Diagnostics. The system displays the One-Click Diagnostics tab by default.

5. Select or customize the time period for one-click diagnostics in the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the Monitoring section, and click the Initiate Diagnostics button in the lower right corner.

   Note

   The system displays the one-click diagnostics results of the last hour by default.

6. In the confirmation box that pops up, click OK. The system will generate a diagnostic report at the bottom of the page.
