This page introduces how to view parameter lists, modify parameters, and check parameter modification history.
Cluster parameter management
Log in to the OceanBase Cloud Console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Instances.
In the instance list, find the target cluster instance and click its name to enter the overview page of the cluster instance.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Parameters.
View cluster parameter list
On the Parameters tab, you can view the Parameter Name, Current Value, Default Value, Effective Upon Restart, and Valid Range for each parameter. For detailed descriptions of all currently supported cluster parameters, see Parameter Management List.
Enter a parameter name in the search box and click the search icon to view information about that specific parameter.
Modify cluster parameters
On the Parameters page, click Modify Parameter in the upper-right corner.
You can modify the Current Value of target parameters.
After making modifications, click Submit to complete the changes. To cancel modifications, click Revoke All.
View cluster parameter modification history
On the Parameters page, click the Change History tab.
In the list, you can view the Parameter Name, Old Value, New Value, Effective Or Not, Modified At, and Effective At for each parameter change. The effectiveness status includes three states: Yes, Taking Effect, and Waiting for Schedule.
Select a time range in the time column to view modifications made during that specific period.
