View history of configuration changes

This topic introduces how to view the history of the configuration changes you have made.

Procedure

You can view the configuration change history in 2 places on the OceanBase Cloud console:

1. On the instance list page, select ... > View Change History in the Actions column of the target instance.

2. On the Overview page of the instance, select ... > View Change History in the upper right corner of the page.

Here, the first option is used as an example to illustrate the specific steps of viewing the history of the configuration changes.

1. Log in to the OceanBase Cloud console.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Instances.

3. Select ... > View Change History in the Actions column of the target instance to view the history of the configuration changes. You can filter the list by instance/tenant IDs or start time of the change task.

   Parameter	Description
   Target	Name or ID of the instance or tenant for the configuration change.
   Target Type	Type of target for the configuration change, for example, instance or tenant.
   Change Type	Type of configuration change for the instance or tenant, including user-initiated and auto-initiated changes.
   Original Configuration	Configurations of the instance or tenant before the change.
   Target Configuration	Configurations of the instance or tenant after the change.
   Started At	Time when the configuration change task starts execution.
   Status	Execution status of the configuration change task.

4. On the Configuration Change History page, you can filter specific configuration changes by instance ID, tenant ID, and start time.
