This topic describes how to view historical events and scheduled events.
Historical events
The historical events feature records key behaviors in the management of instances, tenants, databases, and accounts. It displays the information of events and helps you easily identify the causes of a usage problem.
Historical events, as operational audits, only display the historical events relevant to the current project.
Log in to the OceanBase Cloud console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Events.
On the historical events page, filter and view by Resource Name, Executed By, Event Operation, Event Information, Executed At, and Execution Result.

In the filtered results, you can view the detailed information of historical events.
Clicking on Execution Time will sort the displayed results in either ascending or descending order based on time.

Click the content in the column Event Details to view the detailed process of the event.
Scheduled events
During routine O&M, some O&M events may occur that are beyond what customers can operate on their own. These events are typically initiated by technical engineers from OceanBase Cloud, such as instance upgrade, ODP node upgrade, and node restart. In cloud environments, these event types are generally referred to as proactive O&M events or scheduled events. Customers can receive message notifications about such events via in-site messages and view related records by navigating to Events > Scheduled Events.
