When a new alert notification template has a configuration similar to an existing one, you can refer to this section to copy the existing template and then customize it.
Procedure
Log in to the OceanBase Cloud console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Alerts.
On the Alert Management page, click the Alert Notification Templates tab.
In the Actions column of the target alert notification template, select ... > Copy.
After successful copying, a template with the suffix _copy appears in the list, as shown below:
After copying, you can edit the new template. For more information, see Edit an alert notification template.
