On the cluster parameter list page, you can search for parameters, view the current running value, default value, whether a restart is required for the change to take effect, and the modifiable value range. You can also modify parameters and revoke modifications.
Background information
Cluster parameters are cluster-level configuration items. By modifying cluster parameters, you can configure load balancing, resource allocation, module switches, and other settings so that OceanBase Cloud better meets your business requirements.
View the parameter list
Log in to the OceanBase Cloud console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Instances.
In the instance list, find the target instance and click the instance name to go to the Overview page of the instance.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Parameter Management to open the Parameter List tab on the Parameter Management page. For parameter details, see Parameter list description.
You can view Parameter Name, Current Running Value, Default Value, Effective Upon Restart, and Modifiable Parameter Values for each parameter.
Enter the parameter to search for in the search box and click the search icon.
Click Modify Parameters in the upper-right corner to modify the Current Running Value of the target parameter.
After modification, click Submit Parameters to complete the modification. To revoke modifications, click Revoke All.
View modification history
Log in to the OceanBase Cloud console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Instances.
In the instance list, find the target cluster instance and click the cluster name to go to the cluster instance workbench.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Parameter Management, and then click the Modification History tab.
In the upper-right corner, specify a time range to view the modification history during that period.
