View orders

The billing center of OceanBase Cloud allows you to view all orders under your account.

Prerequisites

You are an organization admin or a billing admin.

Procedure

1. Log in to the OceanBase Cloud console.

2. Click Billing in the upper-right corner.

3. On the Billing page, click the Orders tab.

4. The Orders tab displays the information of all orders under the account, including Order ID, Order Type, Instance ID, Amount Due, Service Mode, Created At, Paid At, and Order Status.

5. You can filter orders by order ID, order status, order type, instance ID, amount due, and creation time.

6. Find the target order and click the order ID to view the details of the order.
