Initiate an inspection

This topic describes how to initiate an inspection.

Background

After you initiate an inspection, OceanBase Cloud Platform (OCP) immediately starts to inspect the clusters that you specified in the inspection rule. For more information, see Manage inspections.

Procedure

1. Log on to the OCP console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose System Management > Inspection .

2. Find an inspection rule in the inspection rule list and click Initiate Inspection in the Actions column. In the dialog box that appears, click OK.

   

3. In the dialog box that appears, click View Task , or view the progress of the task on the inspection rule details page. For more information, see View inspection rules.
