OceanBase Cloud Platform (OCP) enables you to create, manage, and monitor OceanBase clusters. This topic describes how to upload software packages, add a host, create a cluster, take over a cluster, create a tenant, create a user, create an OBProxy cluster, and configure alerts in the OCP console.
