If a data migration task is no longer required, you can stop and end it. After a data migration task is ended, you can delete it to clear related information and release resources.
End a data migration task
After a data migration task is ended, OceanBase Migration Service (OMS) terminates the task. This operation is irreversible. Proceed with caution. However, OMS does not delete the task. You can still view details about the task or create similar data migration tasks based on the task.
Notice
OMS allows you to end a data migration task in the Stopped, Failed, or Completed state.
Log in to the OMS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Data Migration.
On the Migration Tasks page, click the More icon in the Actions column of the task that you want to end, and select End from the drop-down list.
You can also click the task name to go to the details page, click the More icon in the upper-right corner, and select End from the drop-down list.
In the dialog box that appears, click OK.
