Possible causes

Go to the details page of the data migration task and identify the causes based on the error logs.

Solution

• Check the task error logs and the component monitoring information to identify the abnormal component, and perform analysis based on logs.

  If the error occurred occasionally, click the Restore button to retry.

• You can also provide the alert information to technical support engineers of OMS.
