Change the password of the SYS tenant

This topic describes how to change the password of the SYS tenant.

Procedure

1. Log on to the OceanBase Cloud Platform (OCP) console.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Tenants . The Tenant Overview page appears.

3. In the Tenants list, find the target tenant and click its name. The Tenant Details page appears.

4. Click Change Password in the upper-right corner of the page.

5. In the dialog box that appears, enter a new password and confirm it.

   The password must be 8 to 32 characters in length, and contain at least two uppercase letters, two lowercase letters, two digits, and two special characters. The supported special characters are ~ ! @ # % ^ & * _ - + = ` | ( ) { } [ ] : ; ' , . ? /

6. Select Save to Password Box .

7. Click OK .
