OceanBase Developer Center (ODC) V3.1.1 released in July allows you to specify whether to save the database password for the database connection.

Connect to a database
You cannot save the database password when you create a connection. If a gray icon appears before a connection name, the database password is not saved for the connection. When you access this connection, you must enter the database password in the password dialog box that appears. For more information, see Create a connection.
