Update service configurations

This topic describes how to update the configurations of an existing service.

Prerequisite

• Make sure that you have the following permissions:

  • Resource Permissions : Host Maintenance permission
  • Menu Permissions : Permission on the Service menu of Backup & Recovery

• You have installed a backup or recovery service. For more information, see Install a service.

Procedure

1. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Backup & Recovery > Service .

2. Find the service to update. Click the More icon in the Actions column, and then select Update Configurations to go to the Update Configurations page.

   You can modify the storage configuration, backup configuration, and recovery configuration. For more information, see Install a service.

3. Click Update Configurations .
