When you no longer need an arbitration service, you can stop it.
Applicability
This topic applies only to OceanBase Cloud Platform Enterprise Edition. OceanBase Cloud Platform Community Edition does not support the arbitration service.
Prerequisites
Make sure that you have the following permissions:

Resource Permissions : Arbitration Service Maintenance permission -
Menu Permissions : Permission on theOverview menu ofClusters

The arbitration service is in the RUNNING state.
Log streams of the tenants associated with the arbitration service are not downgraded.
Procedure
Log on to the OceanBase Cloud Platform (OCP) console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click
Clusters .Click the
Arbitration Service tab to view the cluster arbitration service list.On the
Arbitration Service List page, find the arbitration service that you want to stop and clickStop in theActions column.In the dialog box that appears, click
Stop .Notice
After you stop an arbitration service, the clusters and tenants associated with the arbitration service cannot use the service any more. Exercise caution when you perform this operation.
