You can restart a binlog cluster as needed. Restarting a binlog cluster does not affect the normal operations of binlog instances in the cluster or the consumption of binlog data.
Prerequisites
Make sure that you have the following permissions:

Resource Permissions : Binlog Service Maintenance permission -
Menu Permissions : Permission on theBinlog Cluster Overview menu of theBinlog Service

The binlog cluster to be restarted is in the
Running state.
Procedure
Log on to the OCP console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click
Binlog Service . TheCluster List tab automatically appears.On the
Cluster List page, find the target binlog cluster and click its name.On the
Binlog Cluster Overview tab, click theMore icon in the upper-right corner and selectRestart Binlog Cluster .In the dialog box that appears, click
Restart .You can view the task progress in
Task Center . When the task status changes to ExecuteSuccessful and the status of the cluster changes toNormal Operation , the cluster is successfully restarted.
