You can delete a binlog cluster that is no longer required. A deleted binlog cluster cannot be recovered. After a binlog cluster is deleted, the associated binlog subscription tasks will be cleared and all binlog instances in the cluster will be stopped. Proceed with caution.
Prerequisites
Make sure that you have the following permissions:

Resource Permissions : Binlog Service Maintenance permission -
Menu Permissions : Permission on theBinlog Cluster Overview menu of theBinlog Service

The binlog cluster to be deleted is in the
Running orStopped state.
Procedure
Log on to the OCP console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click
Binlog Service . TheCluster List tab automatically appears.On the
Cluster List page, find the target binlog cluster and click its name.On the
Binlog Cluster Overview tab, click theMore icon in the upper-right corner and selectDelete Binlog Cluster .In the dialog box that appears, enter delete and then click
Delete .You can view the task progress in
Task Center . When the task status changes to ExecuteSuccessful and the binlog cluster no longer exists on theCluster List page, the cluster is successfully deleted.
