Delete a tenant replica from a zone

This topic describes how to delete a tenant replica from a zone. After a replica is deleted, its data cannot be restored. Proceed with caution.

Prerequisites

• Make sure that you have the following permissions:
  • Resource Permissions : Cluster Maintenance or Tenant Maintenance permission
  • Menu Permissions : Permission on the Overview menu of Tenants
• In a standalone centralized database, you cannot delete a tenant replica from a zone.

Procedure

1. Log on to the OceanBase Cloud Platform (OCP) console.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Tenants . The Tenant Overview page appears.

3. In the Tenants list, find the target tenant and click its name. The Tenant Details page appears.

4. In the Replica Details section, as shown in the following figure, you can click Delete indicated by ① to delete a single replica, or select multiple tenant replicas that you want to delete and click Batch Delete indicated by ② to delete the replicas at a time.

   

5. In the dialog box that appears, click Delete .
