Background information
You can view and export the operation records on ODC.
Operation records
Note
- Users with the system_admin role can manage operation records.
- Operation records are permanently retained.
In the project collaboration window, choose Security > Operation Records to go to the Operation Records page.
You can click the refresh icon
to refresh the list.You can filter the operation records by the execution time to view the operation records of the last 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, or 6 months, or of a custom period.
The following basic information is displayed in the operation records list.
ItemDescriptionNo. The serial number of the operation record. Event Type The type of the operation event. Valid values: Personal Configuration, Password Management, Connection Management, Script Management, Database Operation, Organization Configuration, Member Management, Resource Group Management, Synthetic Data, Database Change, Import, Export, Permission Request, and Task Process. You can click the filter icon
to filter by event type.Event Operation The information about the operation event. You can click the filter icon
to filter by event action.IP Address The IP address of the client. You can click the search icon
to search for the IP address.Operator The user who performed the operation. You can click the search icon
to search for the operator.Performed At The time when the operation was performed. By default, the operation records are sorted by execution time, with the latest execution record displayed at the top. You can click the icon
to sort the records in ascending or descending order.Result The execution result, which can be Succeeded or Failed. You can click the filter icon
to filter by execution result.Actions The View button.
View an operation record
In the operation records list, click View in the Actions column to display the Record Details panel.
In the record details panel, you can view the Event Type, Event Operation, IP Address, Operation Rules, Operator, Execution time, and Result information.
Export operation records
Click the
icon in the upper-left corner of the operation records list to display the Export Operation Records panel.
In the export panel, provide the basic information as follows.

| Operation Time Range | Specify a start and end date. |
| Event Operation | Filter the event operation to view. |
| Public Data Source | The name of the data source to which the operation belongs. Filters for a data source (default: all). |
| Operator | The user performing the filtering operation. |
| Result | Filter the execution results. |
| Export File Format | Select an export format: Excel or CSV format. |
