Applicability
This topic applies only to OceanBase Cloud Platform (OCP) Enterprise Edition. OCP Community Edition does not support this feature.
This topic describes how to manually initiate a collection task to promptly collect exception information about the specified object.
Prerequisites
Make sure that you have the following permissions:

Resource Permissions : Cluster Maintenance or Tenant Maintenance permission -
Menu Permissions : Permission on theInformation Collection menu ofO&M Management
Procedure
Log on to the OCP console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose
O&M Management >Information Collection .The Information Collection List page automatically appears.
Click
Create Information Collection Task in the upper-right corner.In the panel that appears, complete the information collection settings and then click
OK .
The following table describes the parameters.
Parameter Description Object Type The type of the object for which the exception information is to be collected. Valid values: OceanBase Cluster ,OceanBase Database Tenant ,OBProxy Cluster , andHost .Object The name of the object whose information is to be collected. Information Collection Range The time range within which the information is to be collected. Valid values: Last 10 Minutes ,Last 15 Minutes ,Last 30 Minutes ,Last 1 Hour , andLast 3 Hours .Information Collection Scenario The information collection scenario, which varies based on the object type. Collection scenarios supported for different types of objects are listed as follows: - OceanBase cluster

Notice
Proceed with caution if you want to select a obcluster exception scenario. The obcluster exception scenario involves a large number of collection items, which take a long time to collect.
