View the major compaction records

This topic describes how to view the major compaction records of a tenant in the last three days.

Prerequisites

Make sure that you have the following permissions:

• Resource permissions: Cluster read-only or tenant read-only permission.
• Menu permissions: Permission on the Compaction Management menu of tenants.

Procedure

1. Log in to the OceanBase Cloud Platform (OCP) console.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Tenants. The Tenants tab automatically appears.

3. On the Tenants tab, find the target tenant and click its name to go to the Overview page of the tenant.

4. In the left-side navigation pane of the page that appears, click Compaction Management.

5. In the upper-right corner of the Details of Major Compaction or Configuration for Major Compaction tab, click View Major Compaction Records to view major compaction records of the tenant in the last three days, such as the start time, end time, time consumed, version number, and status of major compactions.
