This topic describes how to reinstall OceanBase Cloud Platform (OCP) Agent.
Prerequisites
If you want to specify the installation directory and port of OCP Agent, modify the following parameters. For more information, see Manage system parameters.
ocp.agent.home.path.prefix: specifies the installation directory of OCP Agent.ocp.agent.manager.http.port/ocp.agent.monitor.http.port: specifies the port of OCP Agent.
The modifications take effect within approximately 3 minutes. You must wait until the modifications take effect before you reinstall OCP Agent.
Procedure
Log on to the OCP console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Hosts.
Click Reinstall OCP Agent next to the name of the target host.
In the dialog box that appears, select the software package that matches the hardware architecture of the host and click OK.
Notice
The reinstallation may interrupt ongoing cluster O&M operations and cause absence of host monitoring for a period of time. Proceed with caution.
