The IS_BIT_SET function checks the setting of a specified bit in a specified RAW value.
Applicability
This topic applies only to OceanBase Database Enterprise Edition. OceanBase Database Community Edition provides only the MySQL mode.
Syntax
DBMS_UTILITY.IS_BIT_SET (
r IN RAW,
n IN NUMBER)
RETURN NUMBER;
Parameters

| n | The bit to be checked in the RAW value specified by r. |
Return values
If bit n in the RAW value specified by r is set, this function returns 1; otherwise, this function returns 0. Bits are numbered in descending order, with bit 1 as the least significant bit.
