For OceanBase Database V4.2.x, this view no longer records data due to functionality adjustments starting from V4.2.5. Lock diagnosis related data can be queried through the views GV$SYSTEM_EVENT and GV$OB_ACTIVE_SESSION_HISTORY.
Purpose
The GV$LATCH view displays information about latches on all OBServer nodes in a cluster.
