Purpose
The GV$OB_PLAN_CACHE_PLAN_EXPLAIN view displays the physical execution plans cached in the plan caches of all OBServer nodes.

This view is introduced since OceanBase Database V4.0.0.

This view supports only GET operations. To query information in this view, you must specify the SVR_IP, SVR_PORT, TENANT_ID, and PLAN_ID columns.
