Purpose
The oceanbase.DBA_OB_BALANCE_TASKS view displays the ongoing load balancing tasks in the current tenant. Each tenant can have multiple ongoing load balancing tasks, which belong to the same load balancing job. The query result is empty for the sys tenant.
