You can change the password of the root user under the cluster system tenant based on your needs.
Prerequisites
You have the permissions to manage the cluster.
Procedure
- Log on to OCP. By default, the Cluster Overview page appears.
In the Clusters section of the Cluster page, click the name of the cluster that you want to manage.
In the upper-right corner of the Overview page, click the More icon and select Change Password .
In the Change Password dialog box, enter and confirm the new password.
Note
By default, the Save to Password Box check box is selected. In this case, when you log on to OCP next time, you can use the new password to log on to the cluster.
