The BASE64_DECODE function reads a Base64-encoded RAW input string and decodes it into its original RAW value.
Applicability
This topic applies only to OceanBase Database Enterprise Edition. OceanBase Database Community Edition provides only the MySQL mode.

UTL_ENCODE.BASE64_DECODE (
r IN RAW)
RETURN RAW;
Parameters
