The DEBUG_ON stored procedure marks the target session so that all PL code runs in debug mode. You must call DEBUG_ON before debugging can take place.
Applicability
This topic applies only to OceanBase Database Enterprise Edition. OceanBase Database Community Edition provides only MySQL mode.
Syntax
DBMS_DEBUG.DEBUG_ON (
no_client_side_plsql_engine BOOLEAN := TRUE,
immediate BOOLEAN := FALSE);
Parameters
| Parameter | Description |

| no_client_side_plsql_engine | Retain the default value unless the debugging session is executed from a client-side PL engine. |
| immediate | If the value of this parameter is TRUE, the interpreter immediately switches from the regular mode to the debug mode for the duration of the call. |
