Deploy OCP

After you add, configure, and initialize the servers, and add the corresponding OceanBase Cloud Platform (OCP) configuration file, you can start deploying OCP.

Prerequisites

The following operations are complete before you deploy ODC:

• Add and initialize an OCP server.

• Add the OCP configuration file.

• Upload the required installation package in the TAR format to the corresponding OceanBase Admin Toolkit (OAT) directory. For more information about how to upload the installation package, see Upload the installation packages.

Procedure

1. Log on to the OAT console as a super administrator or an O&M engineer.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Service Deployment > Service Management.

3. In the lower-left corner of the OCP module, click Deploy Now.

   

4. Select the previously configured OCP configuration file and click OK.

   Note

   If you have not prepared a configuration file, click **Add Config Files** in the **Config Files** list and configure a configuration file on the page that appears. Then, you can deploy OCP.

   After you click OK, the system prompts that the deployment is in progress and creates a deployment task. You can click View Details to view the status of the deployment task.
