Description
You can call this operation to modify the backup strategy of a cluster, change the cycle, time, and storage address for backup scheduling, change the expired data cleanup and alert thresholds, and modify secondary backup configurations.

You have the Update permission on cluster backup and recovery.
You have passed the authentication for the OCP application service.
