This view has been introduced since version V4.2.0.
Function Description
The DBA_OB_BALANCE_TASKS view displays the ongoing load balancing tasks of a tenant. Each tenant can have multiple ongoing load balancing tasks, which belong to the same load balancing job.

| FINISHED_PART_COUNT | NUMBER(38) | YES | The number of partitions for which load balancing has been completed. |
