Statistics management is a feature implemented by the OceanBase Database optimizer for compatibility with the statistics management functions of the Oracle DBMS_STATS package. The feature includes statistics deletion, statistics configuration, statistics import and export, statistics locking, statistics historical version management, and statistics preference configuration.

Note that OceanBase Database supports statistics management only in Oracle mode.
