If an O&M ticket fails, you can retry the failed steps. This operation applies to an O&M ticket or its sub-tickets.
Limits
OceanBase Migration Service (OMS) allows you to retry a ticket in the Failed state.
Procedure
Log on to the OMS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose OPS & Monitoring > O&M Tickets.
Search for a specific O&M ticket by operation type, creation time, operation object, or operator.
Click the ID of the target O&M ticket to go to its details page.
Retry the ticket or its sub-ticket.
Retry the ticket: Click Retry in the upper-right corner of the Tasks tab.
Retry a sub-ticket: Click Retry in the Actions column corresponding to the sub-ticket.
In the dialog box that appears, click OK.
