If multiple retries for an O&M ticket fail or manual intervention is required, you can skip the ticket or its sub-tickets. This operation applies to an O&M ticket or its sub-tickets.
Prerequisites
Multiple retries for the O&M ticket have failed, or manual intervention is required.
Procedure
Log on to the OceanBase Migration Service (OMS) console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose OPS & Monitoring > O&M Tickets.
Search for a specific O&M ticket by operation type, creation time, operation object, or operator.
Click the ID of the target O&M ticket to go to its details page.
On the details page, skip the ticket or its sub-ticket.
Skip the ticket: Click Skip in the upper-right corner of the Tasks tab.
Skip a sub-ticket: Click Skip in the Actions column corresponding to the sub-ticket.
In the dialog box that appears, click OK.
