When you make changes to the products or components in OAT that are not made through OAT, the changes will not be displayed automatically in the OAT console. In this case, you need to use the data refresh feature to correct the records in the OAT console. For example, if you deploy a single-node OCP using the OAT console and then expand it to three nodes via the command line, you need to use the data refresh feature to update the information in the OAT console.

When you make changes to the products or components in OAT that are not made through OAT, you must refresh the data. Otherwise, subsequent operations may fail.
Procedure
Perform the following steps to refresh the data for your product or component:
- Log on to the OAT console.
- (Optional) If you have scaled out your product or component, choose Server > Server Management > Add Server to add the new servers to OAT.
- Choose Products > Product Management or Products > Component Management. Then, find the product or component whose data is to be refreshed.
- Click the name of the target product or component.
- On the details page of the product or component, click Refresh Data in the upper-right corner.
- On the Refresh Data page, enter related information and then click Submit.
