Before you install OceanBase products or create components in the OceanBase Admin Toolkit (OAT) console, you must upload product installation packages to the OAT server or remotely connect to product images. This topic describes how to manage images in the OAT console.
Note
The current version of OAT does not provide a separate page for image management. You can manage images only in the image management dialog box that appears when you install a product or create a component. This topic describes how to manage images when you create InfluxDB.
Prerequisites
Before you manage images, make sure that:
- You have installed OAT. For more information, see Install OAT.
- You have logged on to the OAT console as an O&M engineer.
Add an image
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Product Service > Component Management.
On the Component Management page, click Create Component in the upper-right corner, and choose Create InfluxDB.
On the Create InfluxDB page, click the InfluxDB image.
In the dialog box that appears, click Manage Image Files.
On the Manage Image Files page, click Add Image.
You can upload product installation packages to the
/data_dir/imagesdirectory of the OAT server, and then clickLocal Scanto add an image file. You can also click Remote Connection, and OAT automatically pulls the image file to the server where InfluxDB is to be installed.In the confirmation dialog box that appears, click OK.
Delete an image
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Product Service > Component Management.
On the Component Management page, click Create Component in the upper-right corner, and choose Create InfluxDB.
On the Create InfluxDB page, click the InfluxDB image.
In the dialog box that appears, click Manage Image Files.
Find the target image and click Delete in the Operation column.
You can also search for the image by name.
In the confirmation dialog box that appears, click OK.
