Retry a ticket or sub-ticket

If an O&M ticket fails, you can retry the failed steps. This operation is applicable to an O&M ticket or its sub-tickets.

Prerequisites

The O&M ticket is in the Failed state.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the OMS console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose O&M and Monitoring > O&M Tickets.

  3. Search for the specific O&M ticket by operation type, creation time, object, or operator.

  4. Click View Details.

  5. Retry the ticket or its sub-ticket.

    • Retry the ticket: Click Retry in the upper-right corner of the Tasks tab page.

    • Retry a sub-ticket: Click Retry in the Actions column corresponding to the sub-ticket.

  6. In the dialog box that appears, click OK.
