If multiple retries for an O&M ticket fail or manual intervention is required, you can skip the ticket or its sub-tickets. This operation is applicable to an O&M ticket or its sub-tickets.
Prerequisites
Multiple retries for the O&M ticket have failed, or manual intervention is required.
Procedure
Log on to the OMS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose O&M and Monitoring > O&M Tickets.
Search for the specific O&M ticket by operation type, creation time, object, or operator.
Click View Details for the target ticket.
On the details page, skip the ticket or its sub-ticket.
Skip the ticket: Click Skip in the upper-right corner of the Tasks tab page.
Skip a sub-ticket: Click Skip in the Actions column corresponding to the sub-ticket.
In the dialog box that appears, click OK.
