Accept a connection

This topic describes how to accept a connection. Other OceanBase Cloud Platform (OCP) users can share connection credentials with you. You can accept these connections.

Procedure

1. In the upper-right corner of the OCP console, click the username and choose Password Box. The Password Box page appears. For security reasons, passwords are displayed as *******.

2. Click Connections To Be Accepted in the upper-right corner.

3. On the OceanBase Cluster or Host tab, find the connection credential that you want to accept.

4. Click Accept in the Actions column.

   • On the OceanBase Cluster tab, you can click Accept All to accept all connections.
   • On the Host tab, for connections between hosts, you can select Accept Connection Only or Accept Connection and Host.
