Restart all ODPs in an ODP cluster

This topic describes how to restart all OceanBase Database Proxies (ODPs) in an ODP cluster in the OceanBase Cloud Platform (OCP) console.

Prerequisites

You have logged on to the OCP console and are assigned the OBPROXY_MANAGER role.

Considerations

Restarting an ODP interrupts the connection. Proceed with caution.

Procedure

1. Log on to the OCP console.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, click OBProxy.

3. In the ODP cluster list, click the target ODP cluster.

   The Overview page of the ODP cluster appears.

4. In the upper-right corner of the page, click the More icon, and select Restart All.

   Notice

   Restarting an ODP interrupts the connection. Proceed with caution.

5. In the dialog box that appears, click Restart.

   In the dialog box that appears, you can click View Task to view the progress of the restart task.

   When the task status is Completed, and all ODPs in the OBProxies list on the Overview page of the cluster is in the Running state, the restart succeeds.
