This topic describes the preparations that you need to make before installing OceanBase Connector/ODBC. After the installation, you also need to complete the required configuration and connectivity test.
Prerequisites
You have set up the basic database development environment for installing and using OceanBase Connector/ODBC.
You have obtained the OceanBase Connector/ODBC installation package (available in both Linux and Windows versions) from OceanBase Technical Support.
Installation package
The installation package for the OceanBase Connector/ODBC driver is available in both Linux and Windows versions, as shown in the table below.
