This topic describes how to log in to OceanBase Admin Toolkit (OAT) by using a browser.
Prerequisites
Before you log in to OAT, make sure that the following conditions are met:
- You have installed OAT. For more information, see Install OAT.
- Google Chrome 49 or later is used. Otherwise, compatibility issues may occur.
Procedure
Enter the access address of OAT in the address bar of your browser and press Enter.
The OAT access address is in the format of
http://<<oat_server_ip>:7000.Note
The default port for OAT is port
7000. The port that you actually use prevails.On the login page, enter the username and password of OAT.
Click Log In.
In the dialog box that appears, select the running mode of OAT.
The following two modes are available:
Strict mode: You can select this mode for performance testing or production delivery. In this mode, strict production environment checks are performed.
Loose mode: You can select this mode for ecosystem adaptation or non-performance testing tasks. When you add servers in this mode, checks that do not affect service loading are skipped.
Note
You can select the running mode only when you log in to OAT for the first time. The selected mode is used each time you log in to OAT. To change the running mode, choose System Management > System Parameters to change the value of the
oat.run_modeparameter, whose valid values arelooseandstrict.

Log off from OAT
To log off from OAT, perform the following operations: In the upper-right corner of the page, click your avatar, click Log Off, and then click OK. If the login page appears, you are logged off from OAT.
