This topic describes how to create a user under an Oracle tenant.
Procedure
Log on to the OceanBase Cloud Platform (OCP) console. In the left-side navigation pane, click Tenants .
Select the Oracle tenant for which you want to create a user.
On the Tenant Overview page, click User Management in the left-side navigation pane.
On the page that appears, click Create User in the upper-right corner.
In the dialog box that appears on the right, specify User Name, Password, Confirm Password, System Permissions, and Roles .
Parameter Description User Name The username must begin with a letter and contain 2 to 64 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, digits, and underscores (_). Password The password must contain 8 to 32 characters, including at least two digits, two uppercase letters, two lowercase letters, and two of the following special characters:_+@#$%. Confirm Password Enter your password again in this field. System Permissions Optional. Select the system Permissions for the user. For more information, see System privileges. Roles Optional. You can select an existing role or create a role for the user. For more information, see Create a role for a user under an Oracle tenant. 
Click Submit .
Subsequent operations
Refresh the Users page.
Click the descending sorting icon next to Created At .
Check the details of the new user. You can modify the password or delete the user.
